Her career began in the corporate sector, where she spent 10 years honing skills in training and finance before transitioning into education as an edupreneur. This diverse background enables her to integrate efficiency, leadership, and care in managing her centres. Currently, Nirmala leads EuroKids Preschool at Kothanur and Kannuru, overseeing operations while fostering holistic development in children aged 2 to 6 years.
