Ms. Mala T. J is an experienced educator with a deep passion for teaching and nurturing young minds. With a strong academic background that includes a B.Sc in Computer Science, an M.A in English, and a B.Ed, she brings both knowledge and dedication to the field of education. With over two decades of experience in academics and school administration, she believes in creating a warm, encouraging, and stimulating environment where children feel valued and inspired to learn.
As the Centre Director of EuroKids Banashankari – Padmanabhanagar, Ms. Mala is committed to providing a safe, joyful, and engaging space where early learning becomes a meaningful experience. Her approach focuses on holistic development, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. She believes that the early years are crucial in shaping a child’s personality and strives to build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Before stepping into this leadership role, Ms. Mala served as an English teacher for several years and held various academic coordination responsibilities, including organising co-curricular activities and educational programmes. Her experience in mentoring students, coordinating educational initiatives, and working closely with parents and teachers has strengthened her ability to lead a preschool with care and purpose. 
Known for her approachable nature and commitment to quality education, she works closely with her team to ensure that every child receives individual attention in a nurturing and supportive environment. Through her vision and dedication, Ms. Mala aims to create a preschool that parents trust and children love—where learning begins with happiness and curiosity.
